We source our ice cream from one of the finest creameries in the midwest. This is not your grocery store ice cream, but artisan crafted for a select-few lucky vendors like Minne-Scoop-Ta. 21 flavors are rotated monthly...but we always keep fan favorites available throughout the season!

Minne-Scoop-Ta is a mobile food trailer scooping up homemade creamery ice cream. Our ice cream is considered a super-premium ice cream and is richer, smoother, and denser than others. We are actively booking events, city festivals, private parties, and celebrations of any kind throughout the Twin Cities metro area. Check out where you'll find us in the coming months.
